I’m a Chartered PR Practitioner (Chart.PR) and FCIPR with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations communicate more effectively, build stronger reputations, and engage their stakeholders - across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. I enjoy turning organisational goals into practical, evidence-based strategies that drive engagement, strengthen reputation, and improve performance.
I have a strong track record in project and programme management, from planning and budgeting to risk management and leading cross-functional teams. I’m passionate about supporting people to grow, through mentoring, training, and end-point assessment, and I focus on embedding continuous improvement and robust measurement into everything I do.
I thrive on working with multiple stakeholders, leading change programmes, and implementing structured reporting and evaluation frameworks. By combining consultancy, leadership, and education experience, I deliver results that make a real difference - while always maintaining high standards of ethics, governance, and professional practice.
Based in North East England, I’m committed to raising the voice of the region, supporting public service values and mentoring others in the profession. I'm also a trustee of the PR benevolent charity, Iprovision.
